Return & Refund Policy — Olivia & Grace London

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request and send back a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received — unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs to our warehouse in Asia are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any customs or import fees.

Returns must be requested and initiated within the time frame specified on our website. Orders cancelled before shipment, within the cancellation window stated on the website, can be refunded in full.

Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to the customer’s choice (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), Olivia & Grace London will cover the return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will provide full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damage & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
If a product is damaged or defective, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost.

Return-to-Sender Policy

If an order is returned to us due to refusal or failure to collect the parcel, 15 % of the purchase amount will be deducted to cover administrative and handling costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bras or underwear, regardless of whether they have been tried on or not.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the one you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute between the customer and Olivia & Grace London regarding products or services, the cost of resolving the dispute will be shared equally between both parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
